Description: The fund was established by the Kiwanis Club of Oklahoma City to support programs that benefit at-risk and special needs children in central Oklahoma. One supported program is the Kiwanis Early Education Center, a birth-to-school child development center located next to Mark Twain Elementary in northwest Oklahoma City.
