Since 1999, El Reno Blessing Baskets has served western Canadian County families with children who are in need through a Christmas basket (Blessing Baskets) program, a summer food program and a school supply program. Not only are the children’s physical needs met with food, personal care items, blankets and toys but also psychological needs are met with the care and concern shown by the community. Over 2,000 people are served each year, including more than 900 children.
