William & Ann Johnstone

A native of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, William O. Johnstone received an undergraduate degree in economics and a master's degree from the University of Oklahoma. He built his career in the banking industry, becoming chairman, president and chief executive officer of City Bank and Trust in Oklahoma City.

Anne Johnstone graduated from Oklahoma City University with a business degree before starting her professional career in banking and financial services processing. She was CEO and a founder of C-Teq, a financial services processing company serving banks and credit unions in Oklahoma and Texas.

In 1996, Mr. Johnstone left the bank to join his wife full-time at C-Teq, Inc. They sold the company in 2001, and Ms. Johnstone is now the chairman of the board of managers of Versateq, LLC, a forms company supplying image and forms solutions to more than 300 financial institutions in all 50 states.

Mr. Johnstone has been a leader in many civic projects including the original sales tax campaign to support MAPS projects in Oklahoma City as well as serving numerous charitable organizations. He served as an Oklahoma City Community Foundation Trustee from 1994-2003, and as president in 1997. During his tenure, he served on the executive committee and as a trustee of the Oklahoma City Disaster Relief Fund.

Ms. Johnstone's community and civic activities include serving as chair of Allied Arts board of trustees, past chair of Integris Mental Health board of directors, and past president of City Arts Center's board of trustees. She began serving as a Trustee for the Oklahoma City Community Foundation in 2011.

In 1998, the couple established a fund at the Oklahoma City Community Foundation to support their charitable interests.
