Carolyn Watson Opportunities Scholarship

Award Amount Varies up to $10,000.00 per academic year; maximum of four years.
Award Status Renew Process
Sponsor An endowed scholarship fund of the Oklahoma City Community Foundation.
Academic Requirements 3.5 or greater with exceptional ability in one of the following areas: arts and humanities, science and engineering, community leadership.
Written Requirements Applicant’s Plan for educational or professional goals.
Financial Need Required.
High School Criteria Seniors and graduates of rural Oklahoma high schools (excludes the Lawton, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa metropolitan statistical areas as defined by the U.S. Census Bureau.
College Criteria Any academically accredited non-for-profit educational institution in the United States.
Other Criteria Nomination by a teacher or professional who can document the applicant’s ability or commitment to excellence.
