High School Criteria	Lindsay High School
College Criteria	Accredited public academic or public technology institution.
Other Criteria	Eligible applicants are graduating seniors who have been a resident of the Lindsay community for a minimum of 6 semesters prior to high school graduation. Participation in extracurricular and civic activities.
