Sponsor	An endowed scholarship fund of the Oklahoma City Community Foundation that was established by the Oklahoma State Chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Academic Requirements	≥ 3.0 gpa
College Criteria	University of Oklahoma, College of Engineering and Oklahoma State University, College of Engineering
Other Criteria	Recipients must be active participants in the campus chapter of ASCES.
