Scholarship and award funds are given by individuals, non-profit organizations, service groups and corporations. The scholarships listed below are awarded from permanent funds administered by the Oklahoma City Community Foundation. The majority of these scholarships in this directory are awarded to graduating high school seniors in central Oklahoma. Regional and National Scholarships are not included in this directory. The Admissions and Financial Aid Information section of this Web site will introduce you to a number of online scholarship search resources. The majority of scholarships in this directory are for graduating high school seniors. Potential applicants should submit the following application forms and documents unless there are specific instructions to contact a scholarship sponsor for information.
Standard Scholarship Application Part A • Applicant Information (Page 1) • Consent and Release (Page 2) Scholarship Application Part B This form is specific to the named scholarship fund and will indicate if there are additional attachments or special instructions for attachments. This is your student's responsibility. School counselors and scholarship sponsors need information from the student and give information to the student. The education and skill that a student develops in this process is thwarted when a parent assumes the student's responsibility.
