The Oklahoma City Community Foundation actively works with donors and their professional advisors to facilitate their planned giving goals and objectives. The Oklahoma City Community Foundation provides a simple, flexible and efficient way to make a charitable gift or bequest.

The sample documents in this section provide legal counsel with suggested language to implement various bequests and planned giving vehicles. The Oklahoma City Community Foundation does not engage in the practice of law. These documents are provided as samples only for the exclusive use of the donor’s legal counsel.
