Gift Administration

The Oklahoma City Community Foundation staff is experienced in working with donors and helping them determine the most effective way for a gift to meet the donors’ charitable goals.

The Oklahoma City Community Foundation manages endowments which ensure a constant source of income for a charitable organization or purpose. We can distribute a gift over a period of years to provide effective oversight for a donor’s intentions or help a donor structure a gift so that it is used most effectively by the organization. The Oklahoma City Community Foundation can administer scholarship programs, conduct a grant application process or simply help a donor find an agency which is working in his or her area of interest.

Central Oklahoma Charities is the region's most comprehensive and free directory of charitable organizations. More than 260 charitable organizations are featured in both an alphabetical listing as well as a categorical index. Central Oklahoma Charities not only provides valuable contact information, including an email and web site link, but also lists the population and region served by the organization.

Donor Recognition or Donor Anonymity. When gifts are made to organizations through the Oklahoma City Community Foundation, donors who created the fund and suggested the gifts are given complete recognition for the gift. However, donors who wish to make anonymous gifts will find that the Oklahoma City Community Foundation can ensure that a donor’s identity is kept confidential.
