Description:

The Daily Living Centers' three locations are committed to provide the highest quality therapeutic day health programs for adults with chronic physical and mental impairments. The Adult Day Health Care program includes "Eldercare" case management. Caregivers are secure in the knowledge that their loved one is being cared for in a safe, caring environment. Transportation provided to and from all three centers.  Handicap access transportation available.  Seven day program at Mayfair Center.  Five day programs at South and Edmond locations.
