Capitol View Neighborhood Association provides an improved quality of life for the neighborhood through beautification, remediation of urban decay, vandalism, crime prevention education and improvement of the relationship between the neighborhood and the larger community. We also receive and manage funds in an efficient and effective manner from charitable gifts and grants for the purpose of fulfilling the goals of the Association.
