Description:

The Hackberry Flat Foundation was established to promote the Hackberry Flat Wetland Restoration Project, a 7,120 acre nationally recognized wetlands preserve in the Lawton area. The area is used for environmental education, as a preserve from more than 120 species of birds and an outdoor enjoyment for all.
