Fund Administration and Reporting The Lawton Community Foundation provides accounting and distribution reports to all donors and beneficiary organizations annually. The Lawton Community Foundation maintains giving records for all donors and distribution records for all funds. There are no separate reports to be filed with the Internal Revenue Service for any Lawton Community Foundation fund after the initial gifts have been made. This accounting and record-keeping function relieves donors of administrative tasks and lets them focus on the joy of making charitable gifts. The Lawton Community Foundation administers all funds with the highest standards of accountability and stewardship. It maintains all records and files needed for any fund. An annual audit is conducted and the Lawton Community Foundation has an additional independent committee of professionals which review the audit results.
