Mission: The City Arts Center encourages artistic expression in all its forms through education and exhibitions. We endeavor to instill in the public a lifetime appreciation of the arts and enthusiasm for creative practice. The organization provides interactive arts experiences through exhibitions of local and regional, national and international artists, classes, lectures, movies, workshops and special events; located at the State Fairgrounds. Hours: Mon – Thurs: 9.00 am – 10.00 pm; Fri – Sat: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm |
